Prior to starting the P9OX Classic Workout Schedule I was in tremendous shape. I was completing around 80 push-ups and 15-20 pull ups. I had strong legs, I am a very fast runner and my vertical jump was pretty good. I could easily grab the basketball hoop. At my gym I was possibly the youngest and fittest man. Many people were asking me for advice. I eventually got bored at the gym, as I found that doing the same things over and over wasn’t really suiting my style.
